Dear Sir, Covington Congregational Mission Hall Charity. Thank you for your letter and the enclosures. We have duly recorded the minute relating to the appointment of the Trustees and we note that the two surviving Trustees will make any withdrawals on the account. We have also noted in our records that in future the Statement should be sent to Mrs. Faith Ivy Cade of Upper Dean and we would ask you to accept our apologies for having inadvertently sent it to Covington on the last occasion.
