Object Name Henry III - Silver - Cut Half Penny
Object Desc Could be King John as it is difficult to date. Voided Short Cross. The Short Cross Penny came to an end in 1247. Because the cross did not reach the end of the coin it was easy to clip off some of tthe silver so they moved to a long cross.
